Tct Hm & Cermet Circular Saw Blades

MEW manufactures saw blades with both hard metal and cermet tips to reach the best performance when cutting a broad range of steels. On request we can develop high-tech customized sharpening geometries with variable rake angles and pitches to cut special materials.

ONLY THE BEST COATING: Our special PVD Coating gives the circular saw a high hardness for the deposited layer (3600 Hv) with excellent adhesion to the substrate. It has a very low friction coefficient (0,15) to avoid chip bonding on the sides of the blade and to facilitate chip evacuation from the cutting area.
