Our flaker knives are manufactured from special chipper steel. Application specific selections of raw materials, in-house custom heat treating processes and cutting geometries tailored to each customer application ensure that our chipper knives deliver the best possible cutting quality and extended life-time.
Heat treatment is carried in a special computer-controlled oven. Knives are offered in various cutting angles. Angle of cutting edge: 35°- 44° as per type of machine.
