Our Rotary Shear Blades are manufactured from specific alloys and precisely heat treated for consistently uniform hardness to meet your individual cutting requirements. This results in decreased regrind cycles, longer runs, and higher-quality slit edges. Our rotary slitter knives are used for both slitting and side trimming.

We offer slitter knives of Diameter up to 1500mm in various material options such as H13, H13K , SKD11, LD , D2 and so on. Our knives are offered in hardness range of 52-64 HRC with Thickness tolerances of up to +/- 0.005mm. We offer flatness within +/- 0.005mm and Parallelism tolerances within 0.003mm.
