Capacity: We produce peeling knives in different lengths up-to 3.5 meter (3500mm).

Material: High-quality tool steel in solid and compound (inlaid) version.

Our peeling knives are available in different hardness. Heat treatment is carried in a special computer-controlled oven. Knives are offered in various cutting angles.
